Beechmont Area History

In 1902 the Beechmont Lake was created by Eugene and John Lambden, who at that time started the development of the Beechmont area (although some homes and roads already existed).Below is the introduction to the original (1902) Beechmont marketing brochure and a listing of the officers of this development. New Rochelle had about 15,000 residents at that time. More history of the Beechmont area and its residents will be added later.
